Our most recent project with Bridon-Bekaert Ropes Group Doncaster, which highlights our proficiency in office renovations and facilities management, demonstrates Premier Facilities Management’s pride in providing great workplace solutions. We were tasked with remodelling several spaces on their property, including four floors of office space, the boardroom, kitchens, and the installation of an accessible washroom. Our thorough approach and focus on the little things ensured the project was finished successfully and without any issues.

Everything, including the kitchen sink – that is exactly what St Leger Homes wanted to house in its new depot at Shaw Lane Industrial Estate in Doncaster, and Doncaster’s Premier.fm has made that possible.

Merging the facilities of several depots into one 1820 square metre unit, St Leger Homes – DMBC’s Arm’s Length Management Organisation (ALMO) which manages 21,000 council homes – has created a fantastic administration and storage facility that is both efficient and cost-effective with the help of Premier.fm.

When Age UK Doncaster needed more space recently, the management team thought about an extension to its premises on Thorne Road, but Mark Jepson, Managing Director of Doncaster’s Premier Storage and Office Solutions, helped them find a better way forward with a move to Ten Pound Walk, Lakeside.

Mark and his team completed a design for the 390 square mtr, a 2 storey building that gave Age UK a fantastic bespoke space for its 36 staff and visitors. There are 7 rooms in total, including offices, meeting rooms, a quiet room, a training room and a call centre housing around 14 people. The building has, of course, been made fully disabled friendly, using Komfort office partitioning, removing walls and creating wide doorways and specialist disabled access.

Premier.fm has completed a £26,000 refurbishment of what was previously a warehouse unit for direct mail and print/data management company, Propack in Huddersfield.

Creating a mezzanine floor to take advantage of space in the warehouse, the Premier Storage team took only 15 days to create sleek and modern offices, using a specialist partitioning system made by Komfort Partitioning Ltd.
